I work with women of all ages in a variety of ways using positive psychology in a variety of areas: stress/anxiety management, helping find life direction, and also with cancer survivors.  Choosing to use my pain into purpose gives me joy, I myself am an 8 year cancer survivor.  

Each coaching session is set up for you to succeed.  We will explore action steps, tools, and challenges to apply to your lives currently.  You get to take the drivers seat, and I will be there encouraging and supporting you along the way to become your best you.
